PURPOSE OF THE AFFIDAVIT:

The purpose of the Affidavit is for you to provide the “Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government” (learn more about the committee here and here) with real world #PWOG examples. Your documented experience will empower the select committee to (1) dive deep into #PWOG problems caused by certain actors outside of & within government, and (2) identify & implement solutions with action to stop #PWOG.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please fill out an affidavit for each way you have been directly or indirectly affected by the political weaponization of the federal government (#PWOG).

“Directly” means you can name the department, bureau, agency or otherwise entity and in one page describe the event.

“Indirectly” means you cannot name the department, bureau, agency or otherwise entity, but believe it was involved somehow but don’t know how. For example, you went to a school board meeting, you were cited, trespassed or the meeting was shut down because they “feared for their safety”, and the event may have triggered a “threat report” to the DHS, FBI or DOJ to inflate their so-called “domestic violent extremism” cases.

If multiple family members were victimized (kids at school; you at work, family members at hospital or nursing home, business bankruptcy, etc.), fill one out for you; one for your child; and one for your significant other (ask them to sign it).

VERY IMPORTANT:

• • • Stick to FACTS. Please. ZERO emotion. (You’re not asking them to fix your problem, you’re asking them to fix the system so it doesn’t happen to someone else.)
    • Aim for it to be SHORT. (One page or less.)
    • You will see one statement per line. This will help you stick to facts only.
    • Do not combine facts. Make it one fact.
    • Use only one verb. Do not create compound sentences using and or or.
    • You are encouraged to also make separate affidavits regarding each way you have been impacted.

DIRECTIONS TO COMPLETE THE AFFIDAVIT:

1. Read and understand the PURPOSE of the affidavit as stated above. You are creating and signing a LEGAL document. You are certifying under penalty of perjury that all you wrote is true and correct. There are LEGAL consequences if you misrepresent any facts.
2. Should you choose to complete the affidavit, do the following.

• • • Enter the date
    • Enter your name, address, phone number information.
    • Fill in the red underlines of the body of the affidavit with the FACTS to match YOUR SITUATION/EXPERIENCE/VOICE. Remember, this is YOUR affidavit. This effort should reflect the variety of experiences of each person and SHOULD NOT be cookie cutter.
    • Circle whether your affidavit pertains to education/schools; medical; religious; courts; media (shadow-banning or creation of a narrative); and
    • Identify which Department/s, Agency/ies, or Bureau/s was/were directly or indirectly involved.
    • FIND A NOTARY PUBLIC. You can find one at your bank, a local UPS or other private mailbox store, or online.
    • Complete the date and sign your name ONLY when WITH the notary public and he/she is able to witness you signing the document. This is what makes it legal and binding.
    • Print and mail to the address listed on the top left of the affidavit.
