Level 4 - Micro Understanding Of Self Governance
Note: Class will take place November 21st, 5:30 pm-9:30 pm, and November 23rd, 8:00 am-12:00 pm.
The Level 4 course introduces the operation of the inter-related workings inside and outside multiple levels of government. It is designed to complete the student’s understanding of the detailed mechanism of self-governance and its relationship to centralized governance. This course assembles the knowledge, skills and abilities that self-governing teams need to operate within the framework of their civic authority.
Level 1, 2 and Level 3 must be successfully completed prior to attending Level 4. Level 3 homework may be turned in the day of the Level 4 event.
Your workbook is included in the registration fee. Prior Level 4 students may audit this class for $10. Please prepay on our website for this class as this will allow us to anticipate a smooth check in process.
Supplies to bring include: paper, pen, and your enthusiasm! This is an interactive class and we look forward to hearing from you. Please dress comfortably and bring a sweater/jacket as facility temperatures can be unpredictable.

You must attend the full 8 hours to complete the course required to graduate Level 4.
