Level 5 - Team Performing for Effective Self Governance

Welcome back!

The Level 5 course is the capstone. The entire CSG Pathway to Self Governance course enables a self governing KTR team to engineer and maintain shared control within political sub-divisions of their multiple levels of government. This Level 5 course is designed for KTR Teammates to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities in operating and maintaining mechanisms of governance.  The KTR Team, using knowledge and skills learned from the first four levels, practice Inside Gaming & Strategy, Inside messaging, and interpreting results. The KTR Team practice Outside Gaming & Strategy, Outside messaging, and interpreting results. The KTR Team completes Level 5 program requirements to graduate the CSG training program. These assignments are applicational and are necessary to be eligible to take elective Advanced Inside & Outside Gaming & Planning courses.

Level 1, 2, 3 and Level 4 must be successfully completed prior to attending Level 5. Level 4 homework may be turned in the day of the Level 5 event.

Your workbook is included in the registration fee.

Prior Level 5 students may review this class for $10.

Family discounts available if you are attending with a child under 18 years of age.

  • Children who attend on their own: $20

Supplies to bring include: paper, pen, and your enthusiasm! This is an interactive class and we look forward to hearing from you. Please dress comfortably and bring a sweater/jacket as facility temperatures can be unpredictable.

You must attend the full 8 hours to complete the course required to graduate Level 5.

Online Option

All CSG students have the option to take Level 5 online.  Once a student registers for class, a webinar link will be emailed.  In order to receive a course workbook in a timely manner, registration must take place no later than 7 days prior to class.  Workbook and webinar instructions will be sent via USPS.  Late registration is welcome, but workbook will not be received in time for class.
