 | State Constitution 104: Judicial Department | LIVE: ONLINE | January 13th, 2025 | The state constitution study program exposes the student to 1) the state’s organization of control between elected, appointed, and employed governing; 2) distribution of power between the departments of state government; and 3) the legal subdivisions within the state. Learn the structure and operation of your State’s Judicial Branch. Optional state-specific workbook is an additional fee. This course contributes to the completion of the Apprentice Certification in Societal Self Governance. Tuition: $25 per student. 2 hours. NO REFUNDS FOR ONLINE COURSES We do not offer refunds for any of our online Zoom classes. Once a registration fee has been paid, it is non-refundable. We understand that circumstances may change, but due to the nature of our online classes and the resources invested in preparing for each session, we are unable to accommodate refund requests. In the event of unforeseen technical difficulties or cancellation of a class by Center for Self Governance, we will make every effort to reschedule the session or provide alternative arrangements. However, refunds will still not be issued.
