In Block 1 you will distinguish Partisan from Systematic Politics, learn the origins of Systematic Politics, and identify the Systematic Politics of Layer and Marble Cake Federalism. NOTE: “Audits” are students who have already taken this class. Audits will not receive a workbook. ALL ADULT NEW STUDENTS MUST REGISTER AS “NEW”.
